Operations background

The systems started with work that had to reconcile.

My professional work covers material control, inventory, procurement coordination, assets, manpower records, operational reporting, and audit preparation across EPC and construction projects.

The software followed repeated operational problems: fragmented data, manual reconciliation, and reports that had to be rebuilt by hand. I started with structured reports and automation, then moved into databases, dashboards, and systems shaped around workflows I had personally carried.
